Frequently asked questions
How the Deskwoot partner program pays out.
How much commission does Deskwoot pay affiliates?
Affiliates earn 40% recurring commission on the Standard tier and 45% on the Platinum tier. Everyone starts on Standard. Once you cross 25 paid referrals, you move to Platinum automatically, and the higher rate applies to every new subscription you generate from that point forward.
How long do affiliate commissions last?
Commissions run for 12 months per paying customer you refer. You receive 40% (or 45% on Platinum) of every monthly billing cycle for the first 12 months after each customer signs up. After that the customer keeps using Deskwoot but the commission tail closes.
How do I sign up as a Deskwoot affiliate?
Apply through the Reditus marketplace at app.getreditus.com/marketplace/deskwoot. We review every application personally, usually within 24 hours, and tell you how to promote Deskwoot. If approved you get your unique affiliate link, and the Reditus cookie attributes signups even days after the click.
When and how am I paid?
Payouts run monthly via PayPal once your accumulated balance crosses $30. Reditus handles attribution, tracking, and the actual transfer. The first payout typically arrives 30 to 60 days after your first conversion clears its refund window.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes, $30 via PayPal. Below the threshold, the balance rolls over to the next month until you cross it. There is no maximum balance or expiry, so even slow earners eventually get paid.
Can I become an affiliate if I don't have a tech audience?
Yes. We accept affiliates from any background as long as your audience overlaps with customer support, small business, e-commerce ops, or SaaS buyers. Bloggers writing 'best helpdesk' or 'Zendesk alternatives' listicles, YouTube reviewers, newsletter operators, agencies, comparison sites, and consultants all fit. There is no exclusivity requirement.
