List value $150 ($12.50 × 2 × 6). At month 6 we email you to renew at the standard rate, downgrade to a paid tier, or stay on the free plan. No surprise charges, no auto-billing on file.
Who qualifies
- Your company was founded within the last 6 months. Founding date is the date on the official document — incorporation, registration, articles, etc.
- You can attach an official founding document (PDF, JPG, or PNG up to 5 MB). Handelsregisterauszug, Articles of Incorporation, LLC formation document, or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.
- You're applying for the team that's actively using Deskwoot. The seats go to humans on your team, not resellers or service providers.
- One application per company. You can extend later by upgrading at the standard rate or staying on the free plan.

- Who is eligible for the Deskwoot Startup Program?
- Any company founded within the last 6 months. We need a copy of a founding document (incorporation certificate, Handelsregisterauszug, articles of association, or equivalent) that shows your founding date. We approve applications individually so the offer goes to real early-stage teams, not enterprise re-orgs.
- What exactly do I get?
- Six months of Deskwoot Enterprise — our top tier — for two agent seats, at no charge. That includes the AI Copilot, AI Bot for self-service, unified inbox across email, live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, SMS, X and our REST API channel, knowledge base, automation rules, SLA policies, custom roles, audit logs, and SSO. Total list value is $150 over the six months ($12.50 × 2 seats × 6 months).
- What happens after the 6 months?
- Nothing automatic. You can renew at the standard Enterprise rate ($12.50/agent/month), drop to a lower paid plan (Starter is $4.50/agent), or downgrade to the free plan. We'll email you a reminder 14 days before the end of the program — no surprise bills.
- Which document counts as proof of founding date?
- Anything official that shows the entity's incorporation/registration date works: incorporation certificate, Handelsregisterauszug, Articles of Incorporation, LLC formation document, certificate of formation, or the equivalent in your jurisdiction. PDF, JPG, or PNG up to 5 MB.
- How long does approval take?
- Usually 1–2 business days. We review applications manually to keep the program for genuine early-stage teams. You'll get an email with the activation link once approved, or a clarifying question if something is missing.
- Can I apply if my startup is older than 6 months?
- The Startup Program is reserved for teams under 6 months. If you're older, you can still start on our free plan or a paid plan. The free plan is genuinely free forever for solo founders and small teams (no per-device fees, full feature access where applicable).
- Can my whole team use the seats?
- The two seats can be assigned to anyone on your team. You can rotate them as your team grows. Once you need more than two agents on Enterprise, just upgrade for additional seats at the standard rate.
