Who is eligible for the Deskwoot Startup Program?
Any company founded within the last 6 months. We need a copy of a founding document (incorporation certificate, Handelsregisterauszug, articles of association or an equivalent) that shows your founding date. We check each application by hand, so the offer goes to young teams that are just starting out.
What exactly do I get?
6 months of Deskwoot Enterprise, our top plan, for 10 agent seats at no charge. That includes Fynn, the AI agent that answers customers on its own, the Copilot, one inbox for email, live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, SMS, X DMs and the REST API, the help center, automation rules, SLA policies, custom roles and the audit log. The list value is $720 over the 6 months ($12 × 10 seats × 6 months).
What happens after the 6 months?
Nothing happens automatically. You can keep Enterprise at $12 per agent a month, switch to annual billing and pay $9.60, or move to a smaller plan (Startup costs $4 a month or $3.20 on annual billing). You can also stay on the free plan. You decide before anything is charged.
Which document counts as proof of founding date?
Any official document that shows when the company was incorporated or registered: an incorporation certificate, Handelsregisterauszug, Articles of Incorporation, LLC formation document, certificate of formation or the equivalent in your country. PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1 to 2 business days. We review every application by hand to keep the program for young teams. Once you're approved, you get an email with the activation link, or a short question if something is missing.
