Exporting reports as CSV
Export any report from Deskwoot as a CSV file for further analysis in spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or external dashboards.
Exporting conversation data
Go to Reports and select the report you want to export (Conversations, Agents, Inboxes, Labels, or Teams). Set your desired time range and any filters. Click the 'Export CSV' button in the top right corner. The file will be generated and downloaded to your computer.
What is included
Conversation exports include: conversation ID, status, priority, inbox, assigned agent, assigned team, labels, contact name, contact email, channel, creation date, first response time, resolution time, number of messages, and CSAT rating. Agent exports include all performance metrics per agent.
Scheduling exports
For regular reporting needs, you can use the Deskwoot API to programmatically pull report data and integrate it with your existing analytics workflows. This is useful for building custom dashboards or automated reports that are sent to stakeholders on a recurring basis.
