Fynn workflows

Every request complete,
before your team sees it

Tell Fynn which requests to take in, what to ask and where they go. He asks only what is still missing, reads everything back and passes it on after the customer's yes.

How it works

From the first message
to a request your team can use

A customer writes the way they always do. Fynn recognizes the request, asks your questions and sends it on only once the customer confirms.

A Fynn workflow: a customer reports a torn bag. Fynn asks for the order number, what the customer wants and a photo, reads it all back, and after the yes the request goes to the team, with the reason in the chat.

Recognizes the request

You give 2 or 3 messages the way customers write them and one sentence about what they have in common. Fynn takes the request only when a message fits.

Asks only what is missing

Fynn asks your questions in the customer's language and skips what the customer already said. He can ask for a photo and turns “next Tuesday” into a date.

Sends it after the yes

Before anything goes out, Fynn reads the details back. Only the customer's yes sends the request on, and the customer hears when your team gets back to them.

Set up with Copilot

Describe it in your words.
Copilot builds the workflow.

Write what should happen, the way you would tell a new colleague. Copilot asks back where something is missing and shows you the finished workflow.

  • When someone wants a repair appointment, ask for the address, preferred times and a phone number, then create a ticket for Max with high priority.
  • When a visitor asks for a callback, ask for the topic and the best time, then hand over to the team.
  • Collect feature requests with the feature and the number of seats needed, as a ticket for me.

Describe what should happen. Nothing is saved until you say yes.

Templates

Or start from a template
made for your industry

7 templates are ready, and the ones for your industry come first. Each shows how it looks for a business like yours, so you change only what is different.

  • Job requestTrades: a repair, a visit or a quote, with address and preferred times.
  • Viewing requestReal estate: a viewing or a question about a listing.
  • Appointment requestFor salons and practices where customers don't book online by themselves yet. Fynn never asks about health.
  • Callback requestA customer wants a call back, with the topic and a good time.
  • Feature requestSoftware: a missing feature and how many seats the team would need.
  • Damaged or wrong goodsShop: the order number, what is wrong, and whether the customer wants a replacement or a refund.
  • Sales inquirySoftware and agencies: what is needed, for how many people and from when.

Where it goes

Each request goes
exactly where it belongs

It goes to exactly one place once the customer has said yes.

Test first

Check it,
then publish it

Before your customers meet a workflow, you see how Fynn handles it.

Check your examples

“Check” reads your example messages as if a customer sent them and shows whether Fynn would take the request. It costs nothing and sends nothing.

Publish when it's ready

A new workflow starts as a draft. Your customers notice nothing until you publish, and you can go back to the live version at any time.

See what came in

Each workflow shows how many requests started and were sent in the last days. Requests a customer did not finish show up under Improve.

QUESTIONS

FAQs

Which plan do I need?

Fynn workflows come with Fynn on every paid plan, and so do sending to your team or a person and webhooks. Sending to a team needs Business, a ticket needs Enterprise.

How many workflows can I have?

Up to 50 in one workspace.

Does Fynn book appointments with a workflow?

With Google Calendar or Outlook connected, Fynn books appointments right in the chat and needs no workflow for it. Without a calendar, the appointment request template collects the wish and sends it to your team.

Can customers send photos?

Yes. A question can ask for a photo or a file, and the job request and damaged goods templates ask for one. Fynn thanks the customer for it and reads it back with the other details.

In which language does Fynn ask?

In the language the customer writes in. You write your questions once, and Fynn asks them in the customer's language.

What if the customer stops halfway?

Nothing goes out without the customer's yes. Requests that were not finished show up under Improve, so your team can follow up.
