Fynn answers from your Justimmo listings and sends inquiries to the right agent
Connect a Justimmo API export, and Fynn answers questions on price, costs, size and availability from the listings you book into it. When someone wants a viewing, the property details or a call back, Fynn sends the inquiry to Justimmo after their yes, and Justimmo gives it to the listing's agent. Justimmo is in beta. Your team uses it on every plan, and what Fynn does with it comes with every paid plan.
Overview
People ask about a property on WhatsApp, in your website chat or by email, often in the evening. Is the flat still available? What does it cost a month? Is there a balcony? The answers are in Justimmo, but someone has to look them up and write back, and by then the person may have booked a viewing with another agency.
Deskwoot reads the listings you book into a Justimmo API export, just as you book them for a portal, and checks the export for changes every 15 minutes. Fynn answers from these listings in the customer's language and quotes prices, costs, commission and deposit exactly as you published them. He never calculates or estimates a cost, never calls a reserved or sold property available, and gives the street only when you released the address.
When someone wants a viewing, the property details, a call back or has a question only the agent can answer, Fynn asks for their first and last name, and for an email address or phone number if he has none yet. He shows them what he will send and sends it only after their yes. Justimmo creates the contact and gives the inquiry to the listing's agent, who agrees the viewing time. Fynn never books a viewing in Justimmo, never reserves a property and never values one.
Your team sees the property of each conversation in the Property section, with status, price and agent, and sends an inquiry from there with Send to Justimmo. If one about the same property already went out for the contact in the last 7 days, the dialog says so first. Fynn treats every inquiry the same way: he never rates or ranks applicants, buyers or tenants. Deskwoot never reads your contacts, inquiries or offers in Justimmo.

Getting started
Connect Justimmo in 4 steps.
- In Justimmo, log in as an administrator and open More → Exports. On the Custom exports tab, click Create new API Export and name it Deskwoot.
- Book the listings Fynn should know into this export, as you do for a portal, and copy the username and password from the export settings.
- In Deskwoot, open Settings → Integrations, click the Justimmo card and then Connect Justimmo. Paste both and click Connect.
- Check the switches under What Fynn does with Justimmo and click Save. Fynn uses Justimmo only after this first save.
