Invoices and quotes from Lexware Office next to every conversation
Connect Lexware Office with a Public API key, and every conversation shows the customer's invoices and quotes with status, due date and open amount. Fynn can answer "is my invoice paid?" from the real status and turn quote requests into drafts in Lexware. Deskwoot never changes an invoice.
Overview
In a small trades or service business, a lot of messages are about money: did the payment arrive, is the invoice still open, did the quote go out. Without the documents next to the chat, someone opens Lexware Office, searches for the customer and reads the status back. Deskwoot puts the customer's invoices and quotes into the conversation, read live from Lexware.
Open a conversation, and the Lexware Office section of the Details tab shows the customer's newest invoices and quotes with number, date, total and status: open, partly paid, overdue, paid or cancelled, and for a quote sent, accepted, declined or expired. An open invoice shows when it is due or how much is still open, an open quote how long it is valid, and every number opens the document in Lexware. Deskwoot suggests the Lexware customer with the contact's email address, and your team links another one by name, email or customer number.
Fynn, the Deskwoot AI agent, answers invoice and quote questions once you turn it on. Someone who gives the document number and the postal code on it hears the status, due date and open amount of that one document. A verified customer can ask about their own invoices and quotes of the past year. Fynn never shows drafts, never prices new work and hands payment plans, reminders, disputes and corrections to your team.
When a customer asks for a quote, Fynn can collect the name, the address, what needs doing and the preferred dates, ask the customer to confirm and create a quote draft in Lexware. The draft carries no prices: you add them and send the quote from Lexware, and the conversation goes to your team. Your team creates the same draft from any conversation with Create quote draft.
Deskwoot needs the Public API, which is part of Lexware Office XL. It stores the key encrypted and never stores invoices, quotes or amounts: it reads them while they show. Your team uses Lexware Office on every plan, the Free plan included. What Fynn does with it comes with every paid plan and the 7 day trial.

Read live, never stored
Deskwoot reads invoices and quotes while they show and never changes an invoice. The key is stored encrypted, and with its end date entered Deskwoot reminds your admins before it ends.
