Fynn reads photos
When you allow it, Fynn looks at the photos customers send, such as a damaged parcel or an error message, and answers with that in mind.
Why we're building this
Customers often send a photo instead of a description: a broken item, a wrong delivery or a screenshot of an error. Without this, a person has to open the photo before the customer gets an answer.
What it does
With your permission, Fynn reads the photos customers send in a conversation and uses what it sees in its answer, or hands the conversation to your team with a note on what the photo shows.
You decide whether Fynn may look at photos at all. With it switched off, photos go to your team as they do today.
With it switched on, Fynn answers a photo of a damaged parcel or an error message the way a teammate would, and hands the conversation over when a person should take a look.
