Fynn offers free tables from aleno in the chat and reserves the one the guest picks. It is in beta, on every paid plan.
Why we built it
Guests ask for a table in the chat, and someone has to check the reservations, write back and wait for a reply. Requests that come in after hours wait until the next day.
What it does
Connect aleno, and Fynn offers free tables right in the conversation. Your team confirms the reservation with 1 tap, or you let Fynn reserve it on his own, and Fynn lets the guest know.
A guest asks for a table for 4 on Saturday evening. Fynn reads the free times in aleno and offers them in the chat, on the channel the guest wrote on.
