Native Reporting Dashboards

Pre-built dashboards for CSAT, response time, agent productivity, and channel mix, plus a custom-report builder.

Why we're building this

Reporting is currently CSV-export-and-Google-Sheets. Managers need answers like Where did our weekly response time spike? in seconds, not pivot tables.

What it does

A native reporting suite with curated dashboards (CSAT, FRT, agent productivity, channel mix, AI deflection rate) and a drag-and-drop custom-report builder.

Native Reporting brings real BI to the inbox. Out of the box you get curated dashboards for the metrics that actually matter: customer satisfaction (CSAT), first response time and resolution time per channel, agent and team productivity, AI deflection rate, and ticket volume by topic.

The custom-report builder lets you slice any dimension (agent, label, channel, customer attribute, time bucket) against any measure and save the view as a shareable dashboard. Scheduled email exports send weekly summaries to leadership without anyone touching a CSV.

Replaces the tab-and-spreadsheet workflow most support teams build in parallel today. No separate BI seat needed.
