Why we built it
Customers ask for an appointment in the chat, and someone has to check the calendar, write back and wait for a reply. Requests that come in after hours wait until the next day.
What it does
Connect Outlook (Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com), and Fynn offers free times right in the conversation, on the channel the customer wrote on. Your team confirms the booking with 1 tap, or you let Fynn book it on his own. Google Calendar is coming soon.
A customer asks for an appointment on Friday. Fynn reads the free times of the calendars you picked, offers up to 3 of them and books the one the customer chooses.
You decide who confirms. By default the time is held and your team confirms it with 1 tap in the conversation. You can also let Fynn book right away, and make the same choice for cancellations and moves. Fynn tells the customer each step in the conversation.
