Why we're building this

Support work doesn't stop when agents step away from their desk. Web-based helpdesks make on-the-go triage painful and email-and-text workarounds lose context.

What it does

A native iOS app delivers push notifications the moment a message lands, lets agents triage the inbox in seconds, and exposes one-tap AI replies for quick acknowledgements.

The Deskwoot iPhone app brings the full agent experience to iOS. Push notifications fire the instant a message arrives. The inbox view supports swipe-to-triage gestures (assign, label, mark resolved). Agents can read full conversation histories, switch between channels, and reply with one tap on AI-suggested drafts.

Built natively in Swift, the app feels at home on iOS instead of being a wrapped web view. Background sync keeps everything fresh even when the app is closed.

Available now in TestFlight for beta users and shipping to the App Store.
