Why we built it
Support work does not stop when agents leave their desk. A helpdesk that only runs in the browser makes triage on the go painful, and passing things along by email or text loses context.
What it does
A native iOS app sends a push notification the moment a message lands, lets agents sort the inbox in seconds and offers AI replies in one tap.
The Deskwoot iPhone app puts the agent inbox on iOS. A push notification arrives the moment a customer writes. Inside a conversation, agents can assign it, add labels, change status or priority, use macros and reply with an AI draft.
It is a real iOS app, not a website in a wrapper, so it feels at home on the iPhone.
