Dashboard 2.0
A redesigned agent dashboard: inbox folders with live counts, a compact conversation list and Copilot right next to every conversation.
Why we built it
As Deskwoot grew, the dashboard got crowded. Agents had to dig through menus to find their folders, and AI help sat in a different place in every view.
What it does
We rebuilt the dashboard around one navigation rail, an inbox menu with every folder and its count, and a side panel with Details, Copilot and Notes for each conversation.
Dashboard 2.0 shipped in September 2026. A slim rail on the left holds the main areas, and the inbox menu lists every folder with a live count: your conversations, mentions, unassigned, Fynn, teams, views and teammates.
The conversation view has a reply box that grows with your message, shows images inline and keeps replies and private notes one click apart. The panel on the right switches between the customer's details, Copilot and the notes on the conversation.
Copilot now lives in that panel. Ask it about the conversation, let it suggest or improve a reply, and see which sources from your Training Hub it used before you add the text to your reply.
