Building a help center is a chicken-and-egg problem. Tickets pile up because there's no self-serve content; agents are too busy answering tickets to write self-serve content. We're cutting that loop with a one-step setup: paste your website URL, click Generate, and our AI Copilot does the rest.
How it works: the crawler walks your site (homepage, sitemap, /about, /faq, /pricing, /docs, whatever exists), extracts the support-relevant chunks, and groups them into categories. The AI Copilot writes each article using the source content verbatim where possible, restructured into a question-first format optimised for help-center readers. Sources are linked back so visitors and your team can verify accuracy.
Quality controls: every generated article runs through the same grounding + anti-hallucination guardrails as the AI Copilot that drafts agent replies. If a section isn't supported by what the crawler found, it's marked as draft so a human reviews before publish. You stay in the loop. Nothing goes live without you clicking Publish.
