What it costs

Data protection
The app and its database run in EU data centers (Netherlands). You sign the data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR right in the dashboard. For Fynn's answers, conversations go to our AI provider Anthropic, which does not train its models on them. AssemblyAI transcribes WhatsApp and Telegram voice messages on its EU servers and does not train on them either. Some providers process data outside the EEA, for example to send email and push notifications. The DPA lists each one with its region.

What is the best AI chatbot for real estate?

Without them, Fynn answers from your website and the brochures you upload, and rereads your website every 48 hours. He doesn't know listings that are only on property portals.
Does Fynn confirm viewings?
Only if you want him to. Fynn offers free viewing times from Outlook (Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com), and Google Calendar is coming soon. By default you confirm each viewing with 1 tap, or you let Fynn confirm on his own. Without a connected calendar, Fynn hands you every detail in one short list.
Can Fynn value a property?
No, and that's on purpose. Fynn never estimates a value or a price. For a valuation request, he collects what you need and hands you a ready seller lead, which goes straight into Propstack once you connect it.
Can Fynn answer phone calls?
Not yet, but phone calls with a voice AI are planned. Today Fynn answers written messages on WhatsApp, email and website chat, plus voice messages on WhatsApp and Telegram.
Does Fynn answer Instagram and Facebook messages?
Not yet. It's coming soon, in the same inbox as everything else. Until then, put your WhatsApp number or chat link in your profile, and Fynn answers there.
Will AI replace estate agents?
No. Fynn does no viewings, gives no advice and makes no decisions. It takes the back and forth off your hands: the questions your listings already answer, and the details you need before you call back.
