Customizing your portal brand
Make your help center look and feel like an extension of your brand. Deskwoot lets you customize colors, logos, and more to create a cohesive customer experience.
Logo and favicon
In your portal settings, upload your company logo (recommended size: 200x50px) and a favicon (32x32px). The logo appears in the portal header and the favicon shows in the browser tab.
Brand color
Set a primary color that matches your brand. This color is used for links, buttons, and accent elements throughout the portal. Enter a hex color code or use the color picker.
Homepage layout
Your portal homepage automatically displays all published categories with their article counts. The built-in search bar sits prominently at the top so customers can find articles quickly. The layout is responsive and works well on mobile devices.
Custom domain
By default, your portal is served from your Deskwoot account URL. To use your own domain (e.g. help.yourcompany.com), add a CNAME record pointing to your Deskwoot portal URL and configure the custom domain in your portal settings. SSL is provisioned automatically.
